Certification Program Administrator

Responsibilities:

We are looking to bring onboard a part-time Program Administrator to support our Certification Event Manager. You must be highly detailed, accurate, and able to manage multiple events and projects at once.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting Up Events in ClickUp
  • Create events in ClickUp
  • Update events in ClickUp, assign tasks, and assign dates
  • Setting Up Event folders in OneDrive
    • Create event folders
    • Copy over template forms
  • Managing communications about events
    • Confirming contractors
    • Confirming participants rosters
    • Sending reminder emails
  • Collaborating with Learning & Performance team
    • Work with L&P team to ensure our online Learning Experience Platform (LxP) is set up properly for each event and participants have accessed the community
  • Ordering program materials
  • Tracking program materials
  • Following established processes for events
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction
  • Process online program registrations, and coordinate invoicing and payments

The position may involve periods of heavy travel to either programs or to events to represent Kirkpatrick.

Knowledge and Skills Required by the Position

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in project management, and ability to manage multiple events and tasks at once
  • Experience with OneDrive and ClickUp a bonus
  • Experience in event logistics, bonus for training programs, and events
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity, strong work ethic, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial in spirit
  • Looking for growth

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or minimum 5 years work experience in a related field/position

Compensation:

This is a part-time hourly position with the opportunity to become a full-time salaried W2 employee with benefits.

$20-25/hour

We are looking to bring onboard an energetic Kirkpatrick Program Specialist. Your role will be to support the Kirkpatrick Programs through the online community, homework, as well as occasional facilitation, as needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Updating Certification Program Materials:
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, and Learning and Performance Strategist to ensure the content of certification programs remains current, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Regularly review, audit, and update program materials, including manuals, presentations, and assessments.
  • Reviewing Homework from Certification Programs:
  • Evaluate homework submissions from certification program participants.
  • Provide constructive and actionable feedback to help participants enhance their understanding and application of Kirkpatrick principles.
  • Managing the Kirkpatrick Community on Learning Experience Platform (LxP), LearnWorlds:
  • Foster a vibrant and engaged online community on our Learning Experience Platform.
  • Facilitate discussions, answer queries, and ensure a positive and collaborative learning environment.
  • Coach community members through their questions.
  • Facilitating the Kirkpatrick programs
  • Facilitate the Kirkpatrick Certification programs as needed per the Facilitator Guide and expectations
  • Contributing to the design and delivery of Kirkpatrick program solutions based on the customer needs
  • Consulting and collaborating with the team on new programs and workshops
  • Serving as a brand ambassador for Kirkpatrick Partners at industry events, networking events, conferences, etc. as well as online such as on social media, etc.

Business Development Representative, Events

Responsibilities:

We are looking to bring onboard an energetic, highly self-motivated, Business Development Representative, Events. Your job, simply put, is to get people into our certification programs and other events. Working with the rest of the Kirkpatrick team to reply to, and follow up with inbound leads, working with existing leads, as well as working on an outbound strategy that may include cold outreach, and working with marketing on funnel and ad strategies.

You will direct our potential customers to either our online registration page or submit a proposal.

The sales rep reports directly to the owner of the company, and will perform the following duties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide program details
  • Create proposals and agreements
  • Work with clients by phone and email to obtain program details to develop the proper proposal
  • Follow established processes to handoff a training event sold to the Certification Events Management team
  • Coordinate meetings and communicate with customers/potential customers
  • Manage follow up and customer next steps
  • Maintain customer relationships, and building relationships with existing customers
  • Create sales forecasts and identify opportunities to increase sales
  • Track and report sales versus forecasted levels
  • Work with partners to increase visibility of events
  • Serve as Kirkpatrick Partners brand ambassador at events such as webinars, conferences, networking events, etc. and on social media, etc.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements
  • Some travel may be required up to 25%

  • Knowledge of Hubspot CRM
  • Understanding of the training industry
  • Familiarity with the Kirkpatrick Model
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with marketing teams
  • High level of integrity, strong work ethic, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial in spirit
  • Looking for growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 or more years related experience
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in selling tickets to events that range from $1,000-$3,000

Salary:

Annual OTE: $85,000 ($55,000 base) with the opportunity to earn well over

This is a 1099 position with the opportunity to become a W2 employee with benefits after 90 days.
